I don't bake well, so when I do bake and have something that turns out good, it's worth a stop and pause.
This bread....worth a stop and pause.
And in your case, worth giving it a go, too.
Coconut Oil, Honey, Banana Bread
Mix together
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup honey {I use dark honey, so you may need to increase the amount to 1/2 cup, if your honey is light, for more sweetness}
2 large eggs
3 overripe bananas
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Add
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips
Bake in greased bread pan @ 350* for 50-55 minutes.
And because it's made with coconut oil and honey, you have just gone and done yourself a health favor, so go ahead and pat that back of yours.... Then make another loaf before anyone realizes you've eaten the first loaf in its entirety, by yourself.
